Cross Country: (Senior Year) Finished among the top five for the Tigers in six of the eight meets ... her top time was the 18:56.19 she clocked at the Cappy Anderson where she placed 7th overall ... had one other top 10 finish, a 9th place in the Towson Invitational. (Junior Year) Rewrote all of her personal record times ... ran the 5K under 19:00 for the first time in her career in three races including a personal record 18:48 for a fourth place in the Towson Invitational, her top finish of the fall ... had the same success in the 6K's, breaking the 23:00 barrier in every race including a personal record 22:38 at the Paul Short Invitational ... scored for the Tigers in every meet.(Sophomore Year) Top finish was a 7th place in the Towson Invitational in 20:28 ... her 19:33 for 13th in the Baltimore Metro was her lowest 5K time of the season ... her other sub 20-minute race was the 19:47 she posted at the ECAC's. (Freshman Year) Best showing was a 15th place in the Towson Invitational in 19:34 ... top time for a 5K was 19:27 at the ECAC Meet ... best 6K time was a 23:32 at the CAA Meet.

Track:  (Junior Year) Finished 5th in the 3000 meter run in every indoor meet, topping out at 10:38.73 at the Navy Lidlifter ... outdoors she posted a personal record 18:17.42 in the 5000 meter run to move into 10th place on Towson's all-time list ... she won the 5000 at the Towson Invitational, clocking an 18:27.33. (Sophomore Year) Ran the mile and 3000 indoors ... moved into 6th on the all-time 3000 list with a 10:32.40 at the NYU Fastrack ... stands 8th on the outdoor 3000 list with a 10:26.87 clocked at the George Mason Spring Opener ... placed first at the Delaware Open in a time of 10:33.50 which was 13 seconds ahead of second place. (Freshman Year) Ran the 3000 and 5000 in both seasons ... made the top 10 list in the 3000 in her very first meet when she posted a 10:45.62 for a 6th place at the Navy Lidlifter ... proved to be Towson's top runner in the 3000 for most of the winter ...  was Towson's top finisher (8th overall) at Bucknell with a 10:53.20 ... ran 3rd at the John Covert Classic with a 10:54.11 ... turned a 5:31.87 in the mile at the Bucknell Winter Classic ...ran 3rd in the 5000 at the CAA Invitational with a 19:07.76 ... best 5000 time was run outdoors at the Towson Invitational in 18:43.63 ... ran a 2:37.40 in the 800 at the Bucknell Winter Classic.

Background/Personal: A first team All-Burlington County and Olympic Conference cross country selection throughout her interscholastic career, earning 12 varsity letters that included track as well ... a first team All South Jersey and All Group 4 runner in her junior year ... top 5K prep time was 19:03 on a flat course and 19:50 on a hilly course ... prior to high school she competed in many road races ... earned a medal in the 2004 Footlocker Cross Country Championship Race, Freshman Division ... helped the Indians to a pair of Burlington County Open titles, an unbeaten season in the Olympic Conference and a number 10 ranking among state teams ... ran a 19:15, 5K during the outdoor track season ... ran the lead on Lenape's mile relay team at the 2006 Nike Indoor Nationals that earned the program's first All-American recognition in the relays ...
