Towson Cross Country
2016 Season: Competed in four meets for the Tigers … best finish was 17^th at the Towson Invitational … was the fourth Tiger finisher at the Paul Short Open, placing 250^th overall … recorded a 5k personal-best of 22:19 at the Towson Invitational.

2015 Season: Ran in three meets for the Tigers ... top finish was 65th at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Duals ... set personal bests for 5K (22:52) and 6K races (24:54).


Towson Track & Field
2015-16 Season: Competed in one meet for the Tigers during the indoor season ... ran the 3,000-meter run at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Open.


At North Shore H.S.: Ran cross country and track for the Vikings ... helped team earn multiple cross country county championships ... team won New York state championship for cross country ... attended Nike Cross Nationals (NXN) ... earned coach’s award twice ... also earned most improved honors ... two-time all-division cross country selection ... member of the National Honor Society and Language Honor Society.
