Cross Country: (Senior Year) One of the most consistent runners in the history of the program ... scored in 30 of the 32 meets she ran ... clocked the third fastest 5K time for a Towson runner when she posted an 18:05.75 for a second place in the Cappy Anderson ... placed 5th in the CAA Championships, the highest finish ever for a Tiger in the conference meet, posting a 22:22 ... that earned her All-CAA honors, becoming just the third Tiger to garner that recognition ... finished either first or second for Towson in seven of the eight meets ... finished as the top Tiger seven times in her career. (Junior Year) Finished among the top four for the Tigers in all 8 races ... placed first for Towson and 55th overall (22:11) at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic meet ... ran 15th at the CAA Championships when she clocked a personal 6K record of 22:07 ... improved her 6K time by 25 seconds over her sophomore year. (Sophomore Year) The Tigers' top finisher in three races including the Baltimore Metro (4th-18:52), Mid-Atlantics (50th-22:59) and the ECAC's (9th-18:22) ... her 18:22 at the ECAC's was the fastest 5K for a Towson runner in 2009, and a collegiate personal best ... she ran 2 of the 4 sub 19-minute 5K's for Towson in 2009. (Freshman Year) Got off to a great start by leading all Towson runners in the season opening Baltimore Metro with a time of 18:46 to place 6th overall ... she later topped that time with an 18:42 in the Towson Invitational for a 3rd place finish overall ... she was one of only two Tiger runners to turn in sub-19:00 5K's last fall ... posted a season 6K best 23:32 for 38th overall in the Princeton Invitational, coming in 2nd for the Tigers.

Track: (Junior Year) Top indoor performance was a 5:04.39 for a first place in the mile run at the George Mason Last Chance Meet ... posted a 5:06.90 for a second place in the mile at the Lafayette-Rider Winter Games ... finished 3rd in the 1500 in 4:53.60 to open the outdoor season at the Coastal Carolina Invitational ... finished 2nd in the 1500 in a season best 4:47.35 at the Delaware Outdoor Open. (Sophomore Year) Had a very successful sophomore year ... she set the school indoor record in the mile run with a 4:54.98 clocking at the ECAC Meet ... finished among the top 10 in all of her mile races including 3 top three places and a first at the Bucknell Winter Classic ... ran a leg on the school record (12:19.31) distance medley relay team along with Katlyn Dillow, Motara Okusaga and Liya Kasimova ... also ran with Dillow, Kasimova and Nicole Smith for a school record 9:21.97 in the 4x800 relay ... posted a personal best 3:02.93 in the 1000 meter run at Bucknell ... won the 1600 meter run at the Navy Lidlifter ... outdoors she captured the 1500 four times and finished second once ... she was 6th in the CAA Championship Meet but managed to set a new program mark with a time of 4:30.44, breaking a 21-year-old record ... her 2:14.57 in the CAA's moved her into 3rd on the 800 meter run list ... ran the 3rd leg on the 4x800 relay team with Kasimova, Dillow and Rachel Jochem that set a new school record at the Penn Invitational with a time of 9:12.80. (Freshman Year) Ran the 800 and 1000 indoors ... finished 5th at the John Covert Classic in the 800 in 2:24.40, an improvement of 16 seconds over her first 800 earlier ... posted a 3:06.85 in the 1000 at the Bucknell Winter Classic, a time that ranks 7th on Towson's top ten list ... outdoors she ran an 11:53.82 in the Towson Invitational 3k steeplechase to rank 3rd on that top ten list ... she opened the outdoor season with a 4:50.36 to rank 8th on the Tigers' 1500 meter list.
Background/Personal: Won the Westchester County individual cross country title twice - in 8th grade and in her junior year ... she was 9th in her senior year and 12th in her sophomore year ... named Westchester County Runner of the Year as a junior ... earned second team All-State notice and was first team All-Section ... selected Outstanding Female Athlete at White Plains where she captained those Tigers' cross country and track teams ... top 5K time was a school record 18:23 ... other record times included a 7:12 for the 2000 steeplechase, a 2:18 in the 800 and a 14:13 on the Van Cortlandt Park course ... also earned scholar-athlete recognition ... the person she admires most is her mom who attended Kean College and who teaches physical education ... her brother, Conor, is a tight end on Northeastern University's football team ...
