19-2020 Indoor:Won the ECAC Championships...Placed second in the 3000-meter run (10:18.72) at the Bison Open… Won the 1-mile run (5:13.41) at the Towson Tiger Invitational
2019 Cross Country: Raced in every meet as a rookie…Finished 2nd at Towson Invitational with time of 15:32.44 in 4000-meter…2nd tiger to finish at Princeton Invitational with a time of 22:28.1…recorded a time of 21:50.5 at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional to finish out the season…finished every meet as the 2nd runner to cross the finish line for Towson behind Janke
2018-2019: Was apart of the 4X800 team that broke a school record at the Fasttrack Last Chance Invitational with a time of 9:14.26 to qualify for the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC). The team also advanced to the finals at the ECAC after finishing in sixth-place in the trials with a time of 9:01 flat.
At Kingsway Regional H.S.: Ran distance for the Dragons ... personal best in the 800m is 2:17.59, 1600m is 5:07.11, 3200m is 11:09.09 …won Gloucester County and tri-county team championships … won the team title at shore coaches invitational… two time team winners at the South Jersey Group 4 championships for cross country and track… won the New Jersey 4 state team title in track… Nike Northeast Regional cross country team runner up…this lead to a birth at the Nike Cross Nationals in Portland, Oregon... Two time relay qualifier at New Balance Nationals outdoor and qualified in a relay for New Balance Nationals Indoor.
