2019-20 Indoor: Won the ECAC championships...Set a new personal record in the 5000 mile finishing in fifth with a time of 17:54.15 at the Great Dane Classic… Finished second in the 1-mile run (5:14.84) at the Towson Tiger Invitational… Qualified for the ECAC’s by running a personal best in the 5000-meter run (17:24.31) at Boston University… At the ECAC Division I Championships, she finished the 5000-meter run with a time of 17:41.50

2019 Cross Country: Ran in all 5 meets as well as the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional…Finished 6th at Towson Invitational with time of 15:49.1…35 sec improvement from last year…NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional 6k time recorded was 22:26.5 to finish out the season…best 6k time this year was 22:21.1

2018-19 Outdoor: Finished ninth at the Maryland Invitational in the 3,000-meter run (personal best 10:57.59) … Was 10th in the 5,000-meter run at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational (personal best 19:19.08) and 16th in the 1,500-meter run at the Morgan State Legacy Meet (personal best 5:03.12) 

2018-19 Indoor: Competed in three indoor meets where she ran a personal best time of 5:28.06 in the mile at the Navy Select meet.

2018 Cross Country: Competed in three meets her rookie season … finished third in the Towson Invitational with a time of 16:24.2 in the 4k … also ran in the Salty Dog Invite and Paul Short Brown meet.

At Lenape Valley Regional: Ran cross country and track for head coach Kevin Persson and the Patriots ... was a long distance runner ... captain her senior year of the cross country team ... in 2017 led her team to the first conference championship title in school history ... finished fourth individually in the state sectionals meet in 2017 ... 2017 Conference and Division Champion ... her personal best mile time was 5:34 ... part of the 4X8 team that placed at the track state sectional meet ... All-Herald Honor for 1600m in 2018 ... four-year scholar athlete and honor roll student ... officer of DECA ... four-year MVP and recipient of the Most Dedicated award.

Personal: Daughter of Heidi and Sean Delahanty ... has one younger sister ... is majoring in elementary education and aspires to be an elementary school teacher ... enjoys fishing and hiking ... her favorite athletes are Shalane Flanagan and Colleen Quigley ... The Notebook is her favorite movie and tacos are her favorite meal ... enjoys listening to Luke Bryan and Carrie Underwood ... her birthday is April 5.
