Towson Cross Country

2016 Season
Ran in all seven meets for the Tigers … best finish was second at the Delaware Invitational … top Tiger finisher at the Iona Meet of Championships, placing 10^th overall … placed in the top three among the Tigers in six meets … placed 23^rd overall and third among Tigers at the CAA Championships … finished 97^th overall and third among Tigers at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships … ran a 5k personal-best of 18:45 to win the Iona Meet of Champions … timed a 6k personal-best of 21:40 at the Paul Short Open.

2015 Season
Top runner for the Tigers all season ... ran in all eight meets ... top finish was fourth at the CofC Invite ... placed 32nd at the CAA Meet ... set a personal best of 22:14 for a 6K race at that meet.

2014 Season
Placed between second and fifth for Towson in all but one meet ... top finish overall was eighth at the Baltimore Metro ... best finish among Tigers was second at the NCAA Regionals.

2013 Season
Overall top finish was 8th place at the Baltimore Metro ... placed between 3rd and 5th for Towson at all meets.  

Towson Track & Field

2015-16 Season
Finished 12th in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the CAA Championship ... placed ninth in the 5000m run at that meet ... qualifed for the 14CA/ECAC Championships in the 3000m steeplechase, finishing 15th with a school record time of 10:43.64 ... member of distance medley relay that set school record with time of 12:14.66.

2014-15 Season
Broke into the school top-five list for the 3000m steeplechase with fourth-fastest time in program history ... placed 12th in the 3000m steeplechase at CAAs ... won the event at Liberty and Seahawk Invite ... runner-up for the event at the Bucknell Team Challenge.

2013-14 Season
Won the 3000m steeplechase at the Delaware Open (12:20.53) ... placed third in the 3000m run during the indoor season at the John Covert Classic with a time of 11:09.37.

West Deptford High School
Served as team captain ... two-time first-team all-conference selection ... set three school records during her career .state meet qualifier in both of those events ... also played soccer and basketball for the Eagles.

Personal
Aspires to become a Division I cross country and track head coach ... grandfather, Browning Ross, was a two-time Olympic runner ... father played baseball for William Patterson ... has two sisters ... daughter of James and Barbara Knoblock ... born in Morristown, N.J. ... major is exercise science.
