2018-19 Outdoor: Ran a personal best time in the 800-meter run of 2:28.18 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet … Enjoyed a personal best time in the 1,500-meter run of 5:07.07 at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational … Was 10th overall in the 1,500-meter run (5:27.35) at the Delaware Classic … Was 11th in the 800-meter run at the Maryland Invitational (2:32.53). 

2018-19 Indoor: Best marks during the indoor season occurred during meets at Navy … Was ninth in the Navy Winter Invitational in the mile (5:32.68) … Ran a personal best time 1,000-meter run at the Navy Invitational II (3:23.65).

2017-18 Outdoor: Ran a personal best 800 time at the Navy Men’s Invitational (2:31.44) … Was 10th in the 800 at the JMU Invitational (2:31.70) …

2017-18 Indoor: Had a pair of top 25 finishes in the mile during indoor season … Was 23rd in the Navy Lid-Lifter (5:57.23) and 25th in the Sweetheart Multi-Mix Madness (6:08.52) … Finished fourth in the 800 at the Penn State Tune-Up (2:36.88).

2016 Season: Ran in three meets for the Tigers … best finish was 22^nd at the Towson Invitational … timed a 5k personal-best of 23:04 at the Towson Invitational … ran a 6k personal-best of 26:32 at the Paul Short Open.

Lower Merion High School: Member of the cross country and track and field teams ... served as captain of the track and field team ... helped team finish third out of 12 teams in the Central League ... personal-best in a 5K race is 19:52 ... competed in the 1600- and 3200-meter run for track ... honored with distinguished scholar diploma ... member of the National Honor Society ... received the coaches' choice award twice.
