Cross Country:  (Junior Year) Hampered by injuries her best finish was 11th in the Baltimore Metro meet in a time of 19:19 ... her best 5K time for the fall was 19:07 at the ECAC Meet. (Sophomore Year) Had four top five cross country finishes for Towson ... finished first for the Tigers at the Delaware Invitational with a 5K season best 18:58 to place third overall ... she was one of only three runners in a field of 124 to post a sub-19:00 at that meet  ... that was also one of three under 19:00-minute 5K's for the Tigers during the season ... third overall in the Baltimore Metro Meet in 19:06 ... top overall finish of the season was a second place in the Don Cathcart Salisbury Invitational where she clocked a 6K career best 21:55, two seconds behind winner and teammate Katie Ogden ... Towson's top finisher in the 5K ECAC University Race with a 12th place in 19:06. (Freshman Year) Wasted no time in establishing herself ... a top 10 finisher in four straight meets ... named CAA Rookie of the Week after placing second with an 18:51.37 in the Towson Invitational ... that was one of only two sub 19:00 5K's run by the Tigers that year and less than two seconds off from the best time of any Towson runner in 2006 ... ran third (19:03.15) in her first collegiate meet in the Baltimore Metro.

Track: On the indoor circuit she has the 5th fastest mile in program history at 5:08.44 ... she ranks among Towson's top 10 in the 1,000 meter run (3:05.23) and the 3,000 meter run (10:42.11) ... outdoors she owns the third fastest time in the 1500 meter run (4:42.31), the sixth fastest time in the 800 (2:18.76) the third best clocking in the 5000 meter run (18:08.15). (Junior Year) Ran the 800, 1500, 3000 and 5000 outdoors ... her 2:18.76 at the Mason Invitational ranked her 6th on the program's top ten 800 meter run list and that proved to be her most notable achievement of the year as she contended with ,,, top performance during the winter was her 1600 first  place time of 5:06.64 in the Navy Lidlifter, winning by more than 7 seconds ... had a second in the 800 (2:24.51) and a third in the mile (5:18.99) at the Ursinus Indoor Classic ... took a third at the John Covert Classic in the mile (5:23.62) ... clocked a personal record 3:04.04 for a 5th place in the 1000 at the Bucknell Winter Classic ... teamed with Katlyn Dillow, Rachel Jochem and Liya Kasimova for an outdoor record 12:42.86 in the distance medley relay at the Stockton Invitational. (Sophomore Year) Placed among the top four finishers in four meets ... was a double winner at the John Covert Classic, capturing the mile in 5:21.84 and the 3000 in 10:42.11 ... she also claimed the mile at the Thomson Indoor Invitational in a time of 5:11.92 ... had second place finishes at Ursinus (520.30) and the Bucknell Winter Classic (5:18.44) ... ran second in the mile at the Frank Colden Invitational in (5:14.01). (Freshman Year) Doubled up at the Ursinus Indoor Classic by winning the mile in 5:21.13 and the 800 meter run in 2:25.88 ... she was second in the 3000 meter run at the 2006 John Covert Classic (10:45.24)
