2020-21 Indoor: finished eighth in the mile (5:47.14)) at the VMI Key Invitational...ran a time of 5:51.67 at the VMI Team Challenge...ran a time of 11:10.69 at the Brant Tolsma Invitational...finished third in the DMR (13:17.29) and ran a time of 11:16.16 in the 3000 at the Darius Dixon Memorial

2020 Indoor:Won the ECAC Championships...Finished second in the 3000-meter run (11:17.71) at the Towson Tiger Invitational

2019 Cross Country: Competed in 3 meets as well as the NCAA Mid-Atlantic…best time in 6k was 23:17.3 at the Paul Short Invitational…Towson Invitational recorded 17:21.1 for the 4000-meter

2018-19 Outdoor: Helped Towson finish second at CAA Championships … Finished 13th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the CAA Championships (12:40.49) … Ran a personal best time of 12:22.73 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and was second overall at the Morgan State Legacy Meet … Competed in three 1,500-meter runs and ran a personal best time of 5:05.07 at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational … She was 12th overall at the Maryland Invitational (5:19.81).

2018-19 Indoor: During the indoor season, she was 13th in the mile at the Navy Invitational and 15th in the mile at the Fast Track Last Chance (5:34.53) … Her best mark in the 3,000-meter run was at the Navy Select (11:20.70).

2018 Cross Country: Ran in five meets for cross country… at the Paul Short Brown meet she ran a personal best 24:03.5 in the 6k race … also competed in the Salty Dog Invite where she finished 29th, her best finish of the season … represented Towson at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships.

At Suffern High School: Was a varsity runner for head coach Jeffrey Dempsey and the Mounties ... All-County First Team selection in track and field for the 4x8 ... All-County Cross Country Second Team in 2017 ... her most memorable achievement in high school was running in the Millrose Games of 2017 for the 4x8 relay.

Personal: Daughter of Lisa Ringel and Boaz Bezborodko ... has a younger sister ... admires her grandpa the most ... enjoys watching movies and spending time with her dogs ... roots for the New York Yankees, Giants, Knicks and the Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers ... Harry Potter is her favorite book series ... loves all of the Marvel movies ...
