2019 Cross Country: Started season at the Paul Short Invitational finishing 6k in 25:40.6 individually and as a team finished at 24:44.7…only meet competed in this year

2018-19 Outdoor: Helped Towson finish second overall at the ECAC and CAA Championships during the outdoor season … The ECAC finish was the best in program history … Ran as a member of the 4 x 800-meter relay team that placed 11th at the ECAC Championships (9:28.48) … Was seventh in the 800-meter run at the CAA Championships (2:14.36) … Ran personal best time of 2:13.10 in the 800 at the George Mason Invitational … Won the 800-meter run at the Delaware Classic (2:18.62) … Had four top 10 finishes in the 800-meter run … Ran a personal best time of 59.04 in the 400-meter dash at the Towson Invitational. 

2018-19 Indoor: During the indoor season, helped Towson finish third at the ECAC Championships by running as a member of the 4 x 800-meter relay team that was eighth (9:09.32) … Finished fifth in the 1,000-meter run at the Navy Winter Invitational in a personal best time of 2:59.86 … Was a member of the 4 x 800-meter relay team that was second at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
2017 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets, including the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals … Was fourth at the Towson Invitational (16.07.6) … In the Salty Dog Invitational, Keefer placed 49th overall (25:19.6) … Posted second fastest time at the CAA Championships, placing 61st ( 24:16.7) ... Finished her first collegiate season with her third-fastest 6k time (24:17.4).

2017-18 Outdoor: Qualified for the CAA Championships in the 800-meter run … Ran a personal best 2:13.73 in the 800 at the Larry Ellis Invitational … Competed in only 400 race at the Towson Invitational (59.23) … Member of 4 x 400 squad that was second at the Navy Men’s Invitational and eighth at the Towson Invitational.

2017-18 Indoor: During the indoor season, she won the 600 at the Penn State Tune Up (1:35.85) … Fastest indoor 800 was at Boston University (2:17.46) … Ran the 1,000 at the Towson Tiger Invitational (3:11.00).

At West Babylon Senior High: Ran cross country and track for head coach Phil Armato and the Eagles ... 2017 National Champion in 1600 meter sprint medley relay with time of 3:52.33 ... helped lead her team to two league and county championships ... holds school records in the 4x4, 4x8 and sprint medley relay ... All-State honoree in 4x4 and 4x8 ... three-time 4x4 state champion ... two-time County MVP ... all-county in 800m, 600m, 400m ... holds school records in the 600m, 800m, 1000m and 1500m ... two-time school MVP ... All-League cross country selection ... state champion in the 600 meter ... also played varsity soccer and basketball.
