Towson Cross Country
2018: Competed in five meets … finished third in the mile in prelims at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships … ran a personal best 3.73M at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 23:51.0.

2017 Season: Competed in five meets … Was seventh at the Towson Invitational (16:27.5) and 30th at the Salty Dog Invitational (24:24.2) … Helped Towson finish seventh in the CAA Championships by showing the most improvement from last year's CAA championship meet, finishing 63rd in a time of 24:18.28 after placing 82nd with a mark of 25:17.99 in 2016.

2016 Season: Competed in five meets for the Tigers … best finish was ninth at the Towson Invitational … finished 11^th among the Tigers at the CAA Championships, 82^nd overall … ran a 5k personal-best 20:16 at the Towson Invitational … recorded 6k personal-best 23:13 at the Paul Short Invite.

2015 Season: Competed in five of the Tigers’ six meets ... top finish was seventh at the CofC Invite ... finished 80th at the CAA Meet ... set personal bests for 5K (22:26) and 6K race (23:30).

Towson Track & Field
2017-18 Season: Qualified for the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) championships …Fastest time in the 800-meter run was 2:20.67 at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational … She finished eighth overall in that race … Also ran as a member of the 4 x 400-meter relay in the Navy Men’s Invitational … In that same meet, she posted her best 1,500-meter run time of the season (4:55.62) … During the indoor season, she was second overall in the 800 in the Penn State Tune-Up (2:20.88) and in the 1,000-meter run in the Fastrack Last Chance (2:59.86).

2015-16 Season: Competed in four meets during the indoor season ... ran a personal-best 2:30.52 in the 800-meter run at Father Diamond Meet for a 15th-place finish ... member of 4x400m relay team that finished second at Navy’s Mid-Week Invitational ... runner-up with distance medley relay at Patriot Games ... ran the 1,000m run in a personal-best 3:04.47 at Navy, placing fifth.

At Rancocas Valley H.S.: Ran cross country and track for the Devils ... two-time team captain for indoor and outdoor track ... named MVP four times for track ... two-time Burlington County first team all-star honoree for the 1600m run and the 3200m run ... honor roll student ... two-time team captain for soccer.
