Second year with the Tigers after transferring from Mt. St. Mary’s ... gives Towson valuable experience in the lineup.
2008 FALL: Finished with an 83.5 average ... played in all five events ...tied for 10th in season opening Towson Invitational wjth a career low 160 (80-80) ... registered a 79 to help the Tigers win the Lady Herd Classic.
2007-08: Posted her career low in her final round of the year when she shot a 77 on the last 18 holes of the CAA Championships ... carded a 79 in the opening round of the ECAC Championships for her other under 80 score for the year ... played in 11 of the 12 events for the year.
AT MT. ST. MARY’S: Appeared in 19 events over two years at The Mount ... averaged 87.4 as a freshman and 89.1 as a sophomore ... had seven top 10 finishes ... tied for sixth at the 2006 Kutztown Invitational with a score of 84 to earn Northeast Conference Golfer of the Week honors ... was named NEC Golfer of the Week in her freshman year after placing 14th at the Kutztown Invitational in her collegiate debut ... finished 8th at the 2005 Lehigh Fall Invitational where she shot a personal best 81 ... placed 23rd and 33rd respectively in the 2006 and 2007 NEC conference tournaments.
AT WYOMING VALLEY WEST H.S.: Bears the distinction of being the only female ever to play golf at Wyoming Valley West ... after three years of playing field hockey, and winning a state title in her junior year, she turned to golf ... the Spartans had no women’s team so she threw in with the men ... she did, however, compete with the women in the district and state tournaments ... she finished second twice in the districts and 22nd in the state tournament her senior year ... earned academic honors with distinction ... a Who’s Who Among American High School Students honoree.
