Leah Casey joined the Towson athletics training office in 2025. She works primarily with volleyball and men's/women's golf.
She came to Towson after two seasons at Clemson University, working as an athletic trainer for the women's rowing team, doing training coverage for over 60 athletes. She also worked ID camps for football, baseball and lacrosse.
She had several stops as an athletic training student while an undergraduate, including at Colorado for football, at Yale for football, men's soccer and track & field and her alma mater of Quinnipiac University for softball, men's soccer and acrobatics & tumbling.
She graduated from Quinnipiac in 2023 with a degree in athletic training. She earned her Master's Degree from Clemson in athletic leadership in 2025.
