Biography
2025: Member of the rotation in six meets, competing on vault and on floor... had a pair of season-high vaults of 9.700 in the first two meets... in final competition, notched a season-best 9.725 on the floor in home quad-meet (3/4)... member of the All-EAGL Scholastic Team.
2024: Competed in the lineup 14 times on vault and three times on floor… hit her career-high 9.875 on vault on March 1 and career-high 9.800 on floor on January 26…logged eight scores of 9.800 or higher on vault…named to the Second Team All-EAGL and All-Tournament on vault…earned All-EAGL Scholastic Team honors.
2023: Competed in three meets this season on vault… posted a 9.7 three times… named to the All-EAGL Scholastic Team.
2022: Did not score during her true freshman season … competed several times as an exhibition.
High School/Club: Competed for Shawnee Gymnastics with head coach Mike Maira … served as a captain for three years and was an all-around competitor … scored the highest all-around for the team and won the Olympic Conference three times … won the regional meet and competed at states as well … most memorable achievement is winning the all-around at sectionals and the Olympic Conference … part of DECA at her high school as a senior … member of the Latin club for four years and took three years of Latin … member of the National Honor Society … and earned honor roll status.
Personal: Daughter of Peter and Elizabeth Poblete … has one sibling, Peter … most admires her parents for their hard work and constant support … volunteers in her community through her high school … enjoys shopping, baking and painting … favorite teams are the US National Gymnastics Team and the Philadelphia Eagles .... favorite athlete is US gymnast Simone Biles … favorite book is The Great Gatsby while her favorite movie is UP … favorite actor is Chris Hemsworth … most memorable trip was the Arizona and doing a Jeep tour during sunset … would like to own or start a business … plans to major in business at Towson.
