Dylan Wardle joined Towson Athletics as a strength and conditioning assistant in August 2023.
He comes to Towson as a full-time assistant after working here as an intern since May. As an intern, he assisted with the implementation of exercise programs for the football, men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball teams.
Prior to Towson, he also worked as a strength and conditioning coach for Johns Hopkins University in January 2023. At JHU, he assisted with the implementation of exercise programs for its football, men’s and women’s fencing, swimming and wrestling teams.
He also worked as a strength and conditioning coach for his alma mater, Salisbury University, in September 2022, assisting with implementation of exercise programs for its football and women’s lacrosse teams, solely implementing all aspects of exercise programs for field hockey and utilizing a variety of technologies for athlete testing and training.
Wardle graduated from Salisbury University in August 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a minor in athletic coaching.
