Jen Dudley joined the Towson athletic department as an Assistant Director/Learning Specialist in the fall of 2021. Jen works as a learning specialist across all sports. She is the academic advisor for Women’s Gymnastics and Women’s Tennis.
Jen has been with Towson University since 2014 when she was hired as an adjunct professor within the psychology department. She has worked in several departments at Towson, including freshman orientation, summer transfer advisor, FYE advisor and transfer admissions.
Before Towson, Jen worked as a guidance counselor for Roland Park Country School and Concordia Prep School. She also has had experience working in private practice as well as family service and clinical centers.
Jen is a graduate of Towson University with a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology. She is a Baltimore native and resides in Baltimore City where she enjoys reading on her porch and gardening.
