Prior to joining Towson, Oas served as a seasonal assistant athletic trainer at the University of Louisville, where she worked with the men's and women's soccer and tennis programs. During her time at Louisville, she also led the department's social media initiatives and spearheaded several women's health programs that contributed to a campus-wide increase in women's wellness visits.

Before Louisville, Oas completed an athletic training residency with Utah State University's gymnastics program while also serving as a kinesiology instructor. Earlier in her career, she completed a year-long immersive clinical experience with the football and wrestling programs at Stanford University.

Oas earned her Bachelor of Science in Fitness/Wellness, with a minor in Nutrition, from Northern Arizona University in 2020. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Northern Arizona University in 2022.

Her professional interests include gymnastics medicine, women's health, endurance sports medicine, emergency and event medicine, and advancing evidence-based clinical practice. In 2025, Oas presented a gymnastics medicine case study at the National Gymnastics Medicine Symposium.

Her professional certifications include advanced dry needling, QPR Suicide Prevention, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has maintained membership in the National Athletic Trainers' Association since 2020.

Outside of athletics, Oas enjoys distance running and regularly competes in road races, including half marathons. She lives with her two cats, Duckie and Princess Clementine Marie the First.
