2023-24: Competed in six indoor meets…ran a PR of 1:19.86 in the 500 at the Navy Indoor Invitational…helped the Distance Medley Relay break the school record two times…competed in six outdoor meets…helped the 4x400 relay run three times in the top-10 list…ran a season-best 56.99 in the 400 at Outdoor CAA Championships.
2023 Cross Country: Competed in one meet, running a PR of 27.06.5 in the 5k at the Baltimore Metro Meet.
2023 Outdoor: Ran a season best time in the 400m (58.06) at the Morgan State Legacy Meet…clocked a PR in the 800m (2:25.51) at the Bison Outdoor Classic…helped the 4x400 relay place sixth overall at CAA Championships after clocking the seventh fastest time in program history, 3:47.48.
2022-23 Indoor: Competed in five meets…ran a PR of 1:43.40 in the 600m at the Sykes & Sabock Invitational…helped the 4x800 relay place second overall at the Gulden Invitational…helped the 4x400 relay clock the eighth fastest time in program history (3:54.93) at the David Hemery Valentine Invite.
