2023-24: Took gold in the 100 back finals at the CAA Championships with a personal-best and Towson record 53.11 … collected a second gold medal in the 200 back with a personal-best and Towson record 1:55.61 … placed 28^th in the 500 free prelims with a time of 5:07.84.

2022-23: Set a new Towson record with a 53.19 in the 100 back at the CAA Championship meet... set a Towson record in the 200 back with a 1:56.79 at the conference championship meet... was the leadoff backstroke leg in the Towson record-setting 200-medley relay at the CAA Championships (1:39.74, 24.93 split)... was the leadoff backstroke leg in the Towson record-setting 400-medley relay at the conference meet (3:38.91, 53.60 split)... was named the CAA Women's Rookie Swimmer of the Month for January.

Personal: Daughter of John and Joanne Frame ... has two siblings, Jackson and Madison ... set the 100 free and 100 back records at Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School  ... FACS Scholarship recipient ... also a two-time sectional champion varsity lacrosse player in high school ... major is Early Childhood & Special Education ... aspires to be an elementary school teacher.
