Emilie comes to Towson after serving as an assistant coach at Old Dominion University for the past three seasons. Before coaching, Emilie swam for ODU where she holds multiple top 10 all-time program performances and was an event medalist in the 400-yard IM at the Conference USA Championships in 2019. Originally from Dijon, France, Emilie brings a wealth of experience as a competitor and has assisted in developing some of the top talents at ODU in the last few seasons.
“Emilie brings with her a wealth of experience as a student-athlete and coach. She is one of the strongest swimmers in ODU history and has done a great job on deck coaching the last three seasons. Emilie has grown into a strong recruiter and does an excellent job with student athlete development. She forms strong bonds with team members and her energy on the pool deck is infectious. I am looking forward to working with Emilie to continue to build one of the top mid major programs in the country,” head coach Anthony Bruno said of the hire.
