Biography
One of five seniors on the roster .... versatile swimmer who could
challenge for Colonial Athletic Association titles in the 200-butterfly
and the 400 I.M. ... good student who is a three-time member of the CAA
Commissioner’s List.
2003-04: Finished fifth in the
200 I.M. and the 200-fly in Tigers’ win at LaSalle ... swam third in
the 200-fly against Binghamton ... finished third in 200-fly at William
& Mary ... helped Tigers finish fourth at CAA Championship by
finishing 15th in the 400 I.M. and 12th in the 200-fly.
2002-03:
Finished third against Old Dominion in the 200-butterfly (2:13.46) ...
placed third against William & Mary in 400-I.M. (4:46.35).
2001-02: Set top five times in the 200-I.M. (2:12.66), 400-I.M. (4:36.55), 100-breaststroke (1:14.37), and 200-breaststroke (2:36.44).
Background:
Named Most Valuable Swimmer at Holy Child ... team won the ISL
Champioship in 1998 ... named All-League and All-County ... also earned
All-County honors in soccer.
Personal: Has three
brothers and two sisters ... sister, Julie, was a swimmer at Miami ...
father played football at William and Mary ... brother, C.J, played
lacrosse at Fairfield ... father is a banker ... mother is a nurse ...
daughter of Bob and Cheryl Kemp ... major is Elementary Education.
