2023-24: Swam a personal-best 1:52.72 in the 200 free finals at the CAA Championships (PB)… posted a personal-best 5:01.87 in the 500 free finals at CAA’s for 22^nd place... finished 19^th in the 1650 free at CAA’s (17:31.32).

2022-23: Swam a personal-best 52.19 in the 100 free at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship (Mar. 11)... her 1:52.76 in the 200 free at the CAA Championships was a personal-best... clocked in with a personal-best 5:03.26 in the 500 free at the conference meet... registered a PB 17:14.03 in the 1650 free at the conference meet... named a team captain for the 2022-23 season.

2021-22: Swam in six different events over the course of her sophomore season … added three podium finishes across three different events … took second in the 200-yard freestyle in a dual win over Loyola University Maryland (Jan. 19).

2020-21: Swam seven different events throughout the season … had the Tigers’ second-fastest 50-yard backstroke (28.12) of the year and the third-fastest 100-yard backstroke (57.34) … posted Towson’s fourth-best 50-yard butterfly (28.21), 100-yard butterfly (57:01), 200-yard IM (2:08.88) … took 14th in the 100-yard backstroke at the CAA Championship Meet.

High School: Swam for Tim Berens as a member of the Aquacougars at Charlotte Catholic … swam in the 200-yard IM, the 100-yard butterfly and the 50-yard freestyle … member of the 400-yard freestyle relay and the 200-yard medley relay … helped lead team to three-straight state championships (2018, 2019, 2020) … qualified for the state finals in her events all four years of high school … member of back-to-back state champion 100-yard free relay teams (2019, 2020) … swam the fly leg of the 200-yard medley relay that finished second in 2019 and 2020 … member of the National Honor Society, the Spanish Honors Society, the Math Honor Society and the Social Studies Honor Society … was a Junior Marshal for students with a top 15 GPA in the junior class … received the Scholar Athlete Award in 2020. 

Personal: Daughter of Joseph and Anita Dichak … has one sibling, Sarah … most admires her parents and club coach, Sean Quinn, for pushing her to be the best in and out of the pool … active in community service with high school and church, working with Missionaries of the Poor, A Child’s Place, and Mel’s Diner Sandwich Ministry … hobbies include hiking, spending time with family and being outdoors … taught classes and camps as an instructor at MyGym, a children’s fitness camp … fan of the Carolina Panthers and Pittsburgh Steelers … enjoys reading Nicolas Sparks novels … favorite meal is an açai bowl, rice bowl or pizza/pasta … favorite memory is watching the 2016 Swimming Olympic Trials in person … wants to work in a nursing field … pre-nursing major at Towson.
