Towson University Athletics

2022: Arrived in the spring and picked up a doubles win over the Coppin State with partner Erin Gray on the second court. 

Prior to Towson: Although her high school did not have a tennis team, Twelves still excelled as a county mixed doubles champion and two time runner-up ... she was also the Ladies Club champion five times and mixed doubles champion four times ... in 2015, Twelves had the opportunity to play at Wimbledon and reached the doubles quarter finals of doubles ... at the college level, she played for the University of Leeds Women's first team at the first or second position ... came second in the northern league and advanced to the semi-finals in the northern conference cup ... won all but three matches in the 2019-20 season ... academically, received Faculty Dean's Award for excellence in 2020-21 ... sixth form academic excellence award for Physical Education and given a “heroes” award which is displayed in school. 

Personal: Daughter of Michael and Susan Twelves ... also has a brother Callum (18) ... aspires to earn her doctorate in Exercise Science and work in Exercise Physiology research ... Level 2 accredited coach ... favorite meal is roast chicken dinner, roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings with lots of gravy ... enjoys running and baking cakes ... favorite experience in American was going to the US Open final and seeing Emma Raducanu win.
