2023 Outdoor: Saw four top-10 finishes…earned a PR of 59.49 in the 400m dash and season best time of 1:05.85 in the 400m hurdles at the Towson Spring Open.

2022-23 Indoor: Competed in the 400m (1:01.93) and 4x400 relay (4:13.72) at the Penn Select 10 meet.
