Dahne Brown-Boyer joined the Towson athletics department in November 2023 as the director of student-athlete experience.
Brown-Boyer comes to Towson after serving as the assistant director of compliance at Lafayette College from July 2019 to October 2023. She coordinated the monitoring of compliance with the regulations of the NCAA, Patriot League and the college itself for their athletic coaching staff and student-athletes.
Prior to Lafayette, Brown-Boyer was an athletic compliance intern for the University of Louisville from August 2018 to April 2019. Her main duty included assisting in maintaining compliance with the rules, policies and regulations of the NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference and Louisville for 21 sport programs.
Brown-Boyer graduated from Slippery Rock University in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Education degree in physical activity and fitness management. She then received her Master’s in Sport Business and Athletic Administration from Temple University in 2018.
