Jason McKeown joined the Towson athletics department as assistant AD for facilities & event management in 2026. He oversees the Towson Athletics facilities department.
McKeown came to Towson after being the director & facilities & operations at Villanova University, working for the school since 2022. He was the primary event manager for football and coordinated daily maintenance for stadium/arena events, hiring two full-time staff members and overseeing over 50 event staff.
Before Villanova, he was at Wake Forest University for a year as an event management assistant, being the primary event manager for women's soccer. He also was a graduate assistant from athletic facilities & operations from 2018-20 and an undergraduate athletic facilities intern at Brown University in 2017.
McKeown graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2018 with a degree in sports, entertainment and event management. He earned his Master's Degree in higher education from Providence in 2020.
