Jestus Johnson joined the Towson football staff as an assistant offensive line coach for the 2026 season.
Johnson comes to Towson after being a two-year starting offensive lineman for Delaware State University, helping the Hornets win eight games in 2025. Previous to Delaware State, he played at the University of Virginia, competing in 15 games in three years, making the 2023-24 ACC Honor Roll.
In high school at Gonzaga College, Johnson was a three-star offensive line recruit by ESPN, 247Sports and Rivals. The 2018 All-WCAC Second Team selection led the Eagles to nine wins and the WCAC championship that season.
