Kaylee Swanson joined with Van Wagner for Towson Athletics in 2026 as the director of sales.
Swanson comes to Towson with several years of experience in athletics, most recently being the senior director of development for Playfly Sports, Maryland Sports Properties from June 2022-Oct. 2024. Her role included selling and training business, confirming and developing partnerships and setting up meetings and events.
Previous to Maryland, she spent over three years as a manager of ticket partnerships for the Baltimore Orioles, leading a team of ticket sales representatives and creating the Community Booth partnership program to provide a fundraising group activation opportunities at a majority of home games. She also was the first-ever director of group sales for the Columbia Fireflies, a manager of corporate partnerships for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, a director of sale for the York Revolution and a director of promotions and group sales for the Hudson Valley Renegades.
Away from sports, she is the owner and operator of 4 More Paws Animal Services and is a regional foster coordinator for Pennsylvania and Team Event Lead for Operation Paws for Homes.
