Kealey Allison joined the Towson athletics department as the director of athletic business operations in 2025.
Previous to Towson, Allison was the assistant director of athletic business operations at the University of South Florida, handling several financial tasks, including managing purchase requisitions, coordinating procurement card transactions and arrange travel for staff and guests.
While a graduate student at Saint Leo University, she was a business operations intern for the 2022-23 athletic year, managing team purchases, scheduling competitions and montioring budgets.
A former lacrosse player, Allison graduated from McDaniel College in 2022 with a degree in business administration & management. She earned her Master's Degree of Business Administration from Saint Leo in 2023, being a member of the Green & Gold Athletic Honor Roll.
