Lauren Hoskins returned to Towson as the Associate Athletics Director – Executive Operations in April 2023. She also serves as the sport oversight for the field hockey and tennis teams.
Previous to Towson, she was the director of clinical services at Physical Therapy First in Baltimore. She supported the daily operations of multiple clinic locations and was responsible for all aspects of marketing, including the development of all promotional materials. She also supervised all marketing assistants and was the intermediary for the clinic owner.
From January 2001 to July 2003, Hoskins was the director of athletics for Ruxton Country School in Owings Mills, being the middle school girls field hockey and lacrosse head coach. She served as the secretary of Athletic Directors Committee for Maryland Independent School Athletics.
She also worked as a real estate sales associate, an account coordinator and as a physical education and health instructor.
She competed in field hockey and lacrosse at Towson. She earned 21 career goals with the field hockey team from 1995-97, ranking in the top-ten in program history in points.
Hoskins graduated from Towson in 1998 with a degree in mass communications.
