The 2023 season was Frost's first with the Towson University field hockey program.

The Towson University field hockey team has named Noelle Frost as an assistant coach, head coach Katie Gerzabek Salem announced February 9.
 
A Glenwood, Md. native, Frost joins Towson after serving as a volunteer assistant with the University of Maryland field hockey program since March of 2022.
 
With the Terps, Frost assisted in teaching technical skill and tactical knowledge, specializing in goalkeeping player development. The team finished as BIG10 regular season champions and NCAA Division I national semifinalists, and the coaching staff was named National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Mid-Atlantic Coaching Staff of the Year following the 2022 season.
 
While concurrently coaching with Maryland, Frost served as a goalkeeping coach with Johns Hopkins University. The team finished as Centennial conference regular season and tournament champions, as well as NCAA Division III national runner ups. The coaching staff earned the 2022 NFHCA Division III Region V Coaching Staff of the Year.
 
Noelle graduated from the University of Maryland in December 2021 with bachelor's degrees in kinesiology and communications. Frost was a three-year starter on the University of Maryland's field hockey team, including appearances on the 2016, 2018 and 2019 BIG10 conference champion teams and the 2017 BIG10 tournament champion team. She was featured on the national runner up teams in 2017 and 2018, and the NCAA semifinalist team in 2021. During her college career, Noelle was a member of the United States National Indoor Field Hockey Team where she competed at the international level.
 
Frost has USA Field Hockey Level I and Level II Coaching Certifications, a Level I Umpire Certification and is SafeSport certified.
