Hettenhouser serves as the director of ticket sales and & operations of Towson Athletics, starting in March 2024. He has been at Towson since Feb. 2023.
Previous to Towson, he was a sportsbook supervisor at Live! Casino & Hotel for a year, supervising cashiers and transactions. He also was a business operations associate at TEKsystems, managing health care accounts and conducting weekly audits.
He spent over seven years as an account executive, retention & member services for the Baltimore Orioles. He managed over 800 season ticket accounts with a primary focus of year-to-year retention.
Hettenhouse graduated from Towson with a degree in sport management, minoring in business administration.
