Taylor Cutajar joined the Towson Athletics Sports Medicine staff in April 2026 as the head football athletic trainer and assistant director of athletic training.
He joins Towson after four seasons with the Wayne State University football team.
Previously, Cutajar served as an athletic trainer for five years with Henry Ford Health, contracted to Lawrence Technological University, where he primarily worked with the Blue Devils football team.
During the 2016 NFL season, Cutajar served as an intern on the athletic training staff for the Detroit Lions.
Cutajar earned his Master’s Degree from Ohio University, while serving as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the football Team, and his Bachelor’s Degree from Western Michigan University, completing an internship with the Cleveland Browns during the summer of 2013.
Cutajar holds additional certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a corrective exercise specialist and performance enhancement specialist.
