HOW IT HAPPENED (DOUBLES)- The Tigers won one of the three doubles matchups but that wasn't enough to win the doubles point.
- In the third doubles spot, Renate van Oorschodt and Lucy Gloninger earned a 6-1 win over Kimmy Herrock and Emma Peterson.
- Lucy Williams and Yevgeniya Shusterman dropped a close 6-4 decision in the second doubles spot to Abby Amos and Rebecca Harris.

HOW IT HAPPENED (SINGLES)- In the third singles spot, Barbora Vasilkova defeated Bella Heidenreich 6-1, 6-4.
- A.J. Gomer won the first set in the fourth doubles spot but ultimately fell to Herrock 3-6, 6-2, 6-3.
- In the fifth singles spot, van Oorschodt won the first set 6-4 against Peterson. She fell 6-3 in the second set to force a tiebreaker that Peterson won 10-4.

The Tigers' next action will be in February as they travel north for a pair of matches in Jersey City, New Jersey. Towson faces Saint Peter's on Friday, Feb. 5 at 3 p.m. before battling the University of Rhode Island in a neutral site match on Saturday, Feb. 6 at 5:30 p.m.
