Redshirt freshman Shane Simpson tied an NCAA record when he returned a kickoff 100 yards for a touchdown against New Hampshire.  It was the second 100 yard kick return in Towson history.  The other occurred in the 1988 home opener when David Meggett went 100 yards against Northeastern.
