NEWARK, Del. – The Tigers were in action on day one of the 2016 Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Diving Championships, held at the Rawstrom Natatorium on the University of Delaware's campus.

HOW IT HAPPENED (Women's 3M)- Emily Wilson led the Tiger effort, qualifying for the three-meter event finals. She finished sixth-overall with a score of 238.15 (preliminary score: 242.25).
- Nataliee Szopo followed in seventh-place (230.75) as the second Tiger to qualify for the event finals. She tallied 239.95 in the preliminaries.
- Molly Arceri won the consolation finals for the three-meter, scoring 250.25 (preliminary score: 227.70).
- Hannah Ostrem placed fourth in the consolation finals (12th-overall) with a score of 237.95. She posted 226.25 in the preliminaries.
- Victoria Zozzaro wrapped up the Tiger effort, earning a score of 228.75 in the consolation finals to place fifth (13th-overall). She scored 209.65 in the preliminary round.
HOW IT HAPPENED (Men's 1M)- Jake Casey impressed, finishing third in the consolation finals (11th-overall) with a score of 124.70. He scored 153.00 in the preliminaries.
The 2016 CAA Diving Championships conclude tomorrow with the women's one-meter and men's three-meter dives. The preliminary round begins at noon, followed by the event finals at 5:45 pm.
