  • Sophomore Diondre Wallace had a career day as he posted a team-best 14 tackles, while adding two tackles-for-loss and a sack.  He also forced a fumble in the second quarter to stop a USF scoring drive.
  • Kicker Aidan O'Neill has been a Tiger for less than a week, but was impressive in his debut.  The freshman connected on both of his field goal attempts (29, 33).
  • The Tigers open Colonial Athletic Association play on Sept. 17 when they travel to face Villanova.  Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. and can be seen live on Comcast SportsNet.
