Series History: The Tigers get their first look this season at the Seahawks with the visit to UNCW. It will be the 29th meeting all-time between Towson and UNCW. The Seahawks lead the series 19-9 and have won six straight after sweeping the season series last year. Towson will be looking for its first win over the Seahawks since the 2012-13 campaign. That year the Tigers swept the series.

Notes From the Win Streak: The Tigers have won three straight CAA games for the first time since the final three games of the 2012-13 season. All 11 players who have seen time in the last three games have scored at least two points during that stretch. Five Tigers have pulled down double digit rebounds in those three games. Towson has been to the line 52 times in the last three games and made 37 of those shots for a 71.2 free throw percentage. The Tigers have held opponents to just 20 trips to the line in those three games combined. Senior guard
Raven Bankston is the Tigers' leading scorer during that stretch, averaging 17 points per game. Junior forward
Mary Cuevas is averaging nearly a double-double with nine points and a team-high nine rebounds per game.
Sharp Shooting Tigers: The Tigers shot 20-for-47 or 42.6 percent from the field at James Madison. It marked the third straight game the Tigers posted a field goal percentage of 40 percent or better. Towson has now shot 40 percent or better from the field 10 times this season. The Tigers are 8-2 when they shoot 40 percent or better in the game.
I'm Honored: After leading the Tigers to two of the biggest wins of the season, senior guard
Raven Bankston was named the NewDay USA Student-Athlete of the Week. Bankston averaged 19.5 points per game in the wins over William & Mary and James Madison. She shot 40.6 percent from the field and 83.3 percent from the foul line. She also added nine rebounds, three assists, four steals and a block. Going Deep: The Tigers hit seven three-pointers in Sunday's win over James Madison. Sophomore guard
Sianni Martin tied her career-high with four triples in the game while senior guard
