TOWSON, Md. –
As season tickets for the upcoming Towson University women's basketball season went on sale, head coach Diane Richardson
announced the creation of the "Hoops 'N Heels" Club.
The "Hoops 'N Heels" club was created to give women a chance to network while supporting the Towson women's basketball team.
"There are a number of professional women in our area that have expressed an interest in supporting our program," said Richardson. "This is an excellent opportunity not only for them to support our program but for our players to interact with these women as they prepare for life outside of basketball. It will open doors for connecting us to our community as well as mentoring our young ladies."
Benefits of joining the "Hoops 'N Heels" club include one court side seat (with the chance to purchase more), name recognition on the video board, an invitation to members only pregame and post game activities and certain social activities, an official "Hoops 'N Heels" t-shirt, access to four general admission tickets to a certain amount of women's games, photo opportunities with Doc the Tiger, a personalized credential and more.
The cost of the "Hoops 'N Heels" club will be $100. Women could also purchase a membership to the club for $65 and receive a general admission season ticket.
Fans interested in joining the "Hoops 'N Heels" club can contact the Towson Ticket Office at 1-855-TU-Tigers or visit the ticket page on TowsonTigers.com.
