STERLING, Va. – The Towson University women's tennis team earned a 5-0 sweep of George Mason on Saturday evening at the Trump National Country Club. The Tigers and Patriots used a four singles, one doubles format.

- The Tigers' doubles pairing of A.J. Gomer and Renate van Oorschodt earned a thrilling 6-4, 2-6, 6-2 win over George Mason's Morgan Yang and Nicole Haigwood.
- At the top singles flight, Nicole Shakhnazarova defeated Sydney Green 6-2, 6-4.
- Lucy Williams posted a third set comeback victory over Scarlett Waltson at the No. 2 flight. Williams fell 6-3 in the first set before rebounding for a 6-0 win in the second set and a 6-3 win in the third set decider.
- Barbora Vasilkova earned a 6-3, 6-3 win over Rachel Lee at the third singles spot.
- Lucy Gloninger defeated Olivia Lacy-Thompson 6-3, 6-1 at the No. 4 singles flight.
