Quotable
Towson head coach Pat Skerry on the weekend.
"We obviously have a lot of work to do. We're all disappointed that when we've hit some rough patches, we've let it steamroll on us and we've got to get that figured out. You can let your offense dictate your defense, which isn't easy to do. Like we lost the last possession of the first half, they had a kid who was 0-for-8 on the year in threes and make an end of the clock three. We got a great look and missed. That's a little bit deflating, but OK let's reset. We have 20 minutes and now we have to do it with some stops and we come out and not able to do it defensively."
Skerry on moving forward.
"Down here we were lost in trying to hang our hats on that I am going to get it back by making this shot. Yes, you have to make shots and I get it. We still got to be a solid club on the backboards, ball security and defense to have success. We clearly haven't learned that yet."
