Renate van Oorschodt recorded a 7-5, 7-5 victory at No. 5 singles to secure the Tigers' first win ever against the Hoyas.

The last time Towson faced Saint Joseph's was on Sept. 14, 2014 at the Tiger Classic when the Tigers defeated the Hawks, 3-2.
Lucy Williams posted one of two singles' victories while
Barbora Vasilkova and
Ayana Dow sealed the win with a 6-3, 6-4 victory in doubles.

Towson continues its five-match road trip on Friday, when they travel to Duquesne for a 4 p.m., match at Alpha Fitness & Tennis of Pittsburgh.
