MEDIA, Pa. - The Towson University women's tennis team won five out of six singles matches as the Tigers posted their dual match victory over Saint Joseph's since Oct. 16, 2010 with a 6-1 victory on Saturday at the Springton Tennis Club.
Towson (3-2) has now won two-straight matches and three of its last four.
"We played an improved, scrappy Saint Joseph's team that competed well," said head coach
Jamie Peterson. "The team was able to overcome adversity and finish the match strong."
