PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Towson University women's swimming and diving juniors
Emily Wilson and
Kelsey Jehl participated at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships at the Rutgers Aquatic Center on Tuesday, competing in the prelims of the 3-meter board.
Wilson, who qualified for the third-straight year, finished 19th with 248.55 points, just one spot and 1.45 points shy of qualifying for the finals, while Jehl, who was making her second consecutive appearance, was 25th with 240.80 points.
Both posted their highest-ever finish in the event at zones after Wilson placed 28th a year ago with 239.40 points and 52nd as a freshman with 188.65 points. Meanwhile, Jehl placed 52nd last year with 189.20 points.
The top 18 finishers in the prelims qualify for the finals.
