Volleyball Falls on the Road at League-Leading JMU

HARRISONBURG, Va. - Despite a furious comeback in the third set and a tight match throughout, the Towson University women's volleyball team fell 3-1 on the road at league-leading James Madison University Saturday night.

The Tigers (6-11, 1-3 CAA) had a 20-kill night from Olivia Finckel, who led the match in that category. Marrisa Wonders turned in her fourth double-double of the season with 11 assists and 12 digs.

James Madison (12-3, 4-0 CAA) had four players in double-digit kills, paced by 11 from Kelly Vahos and Bryn Recker. Briley Brind'Amour and M'Kaela White added 10 kills each during the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) match.
