Fobbs Continues Scoring Binge Against Hofstra

HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. – The Towson University men's basketball team dropped a tough 91-82 decision to Hofstra in Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) men's basketball game in double overtime at the Mack Sports Complex Thursday night.
 
How It Happened
  • Brian Fobbs scored a game-high 29 points and finished with six rebounds.
  • Nakye Sanders added 16 points for the second consecutive contest.
  • Sanders also grabbed a season best 11 rebounds.
  • Dennis Tunstall notched his first double-double of the season (11 points, 10 rebounds)
  • Solomon Uyaelunmo scored a career high with 14 points on 7-of-9 shooting.
  • Jakigh Dottin handed out a career best seven assists.
  • Towson and Hofstra were tied at 82 at the end of the first overtime.
