TOWSON, Md. – This week's Student-Athlete Spotlight features Towson University men's lacrosse player Tyler Canto.  Check out his story by the Towson Sports Network.

The junior goalie made 14 saves as the Tigers knocked off then-No. 1 Loyola last week to improve to 4-0. The team was rewarded by being voted first in national polls for the first time in program history. Canto's show-stopping save of Loyola's Kevin Lindley was selected as the NCAA Play of the Week.

The Billerica, Massachusetts native has produced double-digit saves in each game this season, including a season-best 18 at Mount St. Mary's, and is allowing just 8.25 goals per game with a save percentage of 63 percent.
