BALTIMORE, Md. – The Towson University men's swimming and diving team dominated Loyola in a dual meet Wednesday night.
The Tigers scored 165-128 over the Greyhounds Mangione Pool.
How it Happened
- Owen Robinson, Kenny Afolabi-Brown, Nick McClure and Matt Essing won the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:32.64.
- Drew Munson won the 1650-yard freestyle (16:02.97).
- Ryan Baldino won the 200-yard freestyle (1:40.90), while Brendan Farrar came in third (1:44.80).
- Owen Robinson was victorious in the 100-yard backstroke (50.76).
- Ryan O'Leary came in first in the 100-yard breaststroke (57.77).
- McClure finished in second in the 200-yard butterfly (1:51.37).
- Essing won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 20.88. Michael Fazio finished in third (21.77).
- Ajani Dorner won the 1-meter dive with a score of 294.97 and Will Canny finished in second (262.27).
- Baldino (46.48) and Fazio (46.90) had a 1-2 finish in the 100-yard freestyle.
- Robinson also saw a first place victory in the 200-yard backstroke (1:53.25).
- O'Leary took second in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:08.77).
- Munson was also victorious in the 500-yard freestyle (4:41.00). Ryan Bookstein took third (4:44.24).
- McClure won the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 50.81.
- Canny won the 3-meter dive (274.58) and Dorner finished in second (246.90).
