TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University volleyball team hosted the Stony Brook Seawolves on Saturday night at TU Arena. The Tigers (16-5, 9-2 CAA) swept the Seawolves (10-12, 5-6 CAA) 25-23, 25-19, 25-15 to remain atop the CAA standings.
 
Nina Cajic had 11 kills on .393 hitting percentage with two aces and two total blocks, while Victoria Barrett added 11 kills.

• The Tigers held the Seawolves to a .160 hitting percentage, including a -0.025 hitting percentage in the second set.
• Towson had the edge in assists, 35-30.
• The Tigers finished with ten service aces.

• Towson opened the first set scoring the first four points, including a Sarah Jordan ace.
• Stony Brook responded by scoring the following five points to take a narrow lead.

• The teams traded points before the Seawolves went on a 4-0 run to have a 10-7 advantage.

• Rachel Hess surpassed 1,000 career digs at Towson with 11 digs today. The senior defensive specialist tied a career-high with four service aces.
• The Tigers improved to 11-0 against the Seawolves.
