Stout Defense Propels Towson Women's Basketball Over UNCW

TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's basketball team hosted the UNCW Seahawks on Sunday afternoon. The Tigers (14-9, 8-4 CAA) defeated the Seahawks 60-44 after holding UNCW to only 18 points in the second half.
 
Kylie Kornegay-Lucas led Towson with 13 points and six rebounds while Taiye Johnson tied a season-high with nine points and four rebounds.
